This Fast Track scheme was introduced by the government in 2010, enables us to act on your behalf in enforcing payment. Please complete the online Employment Tribunal/ACAS Settlements Form to obtain a High Court Writ of Control. This form allows you to attach a copy of the original order.
We will require a £71 court fee payable to Court Enforcement Services Ltd to enable us to transfer up to the High Court – this is usually repaid to you as we add this and any interest to the defendant’s total costs when we obtain payment.
The Court Fee can be by cheque or telephone debit/credit card.
Simply complete our online Employment Tribunal/ACAS Settlement form which will act as your instruction authorising our High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO) to act on your behalf to enforce payment. We guarantee

Our High Court Enforcement Officer is authorised by the Lord Chancellor which enables us to enforce a Writ of Control via our agents, to recover your outstanding Employment Tribunal Award or ACAS Settlement. Unlike other judgments and orders, there is no minimum value to transfer up to the High Court.
We waive our normal abortive fee for Employment Tribunal and ACAS Settlement case should we be unsuccessful – for this outcome the £71 Court fee will be your only cost.
NB: Late payment charges will be applied on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 (As Amended).
