Celebrating two years since its launch, Court Enforcement Services has rapidly grown to become one of the dynamic and main players in High Court and Civil Enforcement industry. The combination of the two firms will help Court Enforcement to expand its share of the North East, through Elliott Davies’s expertise within the region. For Elliott Davies it will enable the company to build upon its long standing relationship with existing clients, supported by Court Enforcement Services’s national resource. Elliott Davies clients will also benefit as they now have access to Court Enforcement Services enhanced IT and extensive coverage throughout England and Wales.
Malcolm Davies is an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer, and joins Court Enforcement Services senior management board. “I am excited that Elliott Davies has joined Court Enforcement Services. We have a new corporate identity and will be operating out of new offices from the centre of Newcastle. Our clients really appreciate our attention to quality and depth of our expertise. They will now have the added support of a national court enforcement company which has a similar ethos”.

Court Enforcement Services is a young company (launched in June 2014), which is underpinned by the combined experience of a management team made up of several respected industry experts. In this two year period the company has become a leading player in High Court Enforcement, Commercial Rent Recovery (CRAR) and Service Charge Arrears as well as bespoke recovery solutions for Utilities. The company also offers Process Serving and Tracing, and has just launched a Specialist Eviction and Security division for large-scale operations.
The company has two Directors who are Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers, Malcolm Davies and Simon Williamson. Simon Williamson also has a wealth of knowledge of insolvency and with over 20 years’ experience in the High Court Enforcement business.
About Elliott Davies
Elliott Davies was originally formed following a merger of the two practices previously known as Lewis-Elliott and Davies & Associates. Malcolm Davies, Director, was a Sheriff’s Officer for many years covering Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Newcastle upon Tyne and Berwick upon Tweed. In addition to being an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer and Certificated Enforcement Agent, Malcolm is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. He is also a respected long serving member of the Association of British Investigators.
