Court Enforcement Services endorse the Certificated Enforcement Agents Association (CEAA).
Court Enforcement Services announces its endorsement of the Certificated Enforcement Agents Association.
Daren Simcox, Managing Director, said, “I am already a member of the CEAA. We decided to endorse the CEAA on a corporate level because of its ethos of helping members to improve their knowledge, through professional training. Both organisations aim to raise the standards of compliance in the execution of Warrants and Writs of Control under the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 and related legislation. This is of our benefit to all our clients.”.
Andy Coates, President of the CEAA, said, “We are pleased to welcome Daren Simcox and his team at Court Enforcement Services to the CEAA. Court Enforcement Services is one of the first companies to put all their back-office staff through training on the Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007, with a CEAA approved trainer. We are also pleased that they will actively encourage all their Enforcement Agents to become members. Court Enforcement Services has therefore become a CEAA recognised company “.
Court Enforcement Services ‘endorsement also supports the CEAA’s goal to attain its accreditation as a professional institution as soon as possible.
