Court Enforcement Services Appoints Michael Whitaker to Develop New Business
Court Enforcement Services has appointed Michael Whitaker as Head of Business Development.
Michael joins Court Enforcement Services with extensive knowledge of both the legal and debt recovery sectors. He has over 25 years’ commercial, management and operational experience. Michael’s previous roles include being Head of Business Development at Legal Recoveries & Collections Ltd and Debt Recovery Manager positions at law firms Fraser Brown, Rothera Sharp and Browne Jacobson LLP.
In his new position, Michael will be assisting with the growth and development of Court Enforcement Services for High Court Enforcement, Commercial Property Rent (CRAR) and Service Charge Arrears and Process Serving. Reflecting the importance of this new role, Michael will report directly to Wayne Whitford, Director.
