Alan Smith is Reappointed to the HCEOA Board
Court Enforcement Services new Director of High Court Compliance, Alan Smith, has just been re-appointed to the Board of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA). This is Alan’s 2nd time on the Board.
Alan has over 30 years high level management and operational experience within the High Court Enforcement industry. In his previous term as a Board Director of the HCEOA, Alan was instrumental in raising standards by helping to establish a degree level educational pathway for authorisation. He has also held senior management positions for other major enforcement companies before joining Court Enforcement Services.
Alan commenting on his appointment, “I am very honoured on my reappointment to join the Board of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA). I am keen to work together with my fellow Directors in raising awareness of our profession. I fully support the Association’s representation to Government, for the next generation of improvements, regarding the enforcement of court orders. The HCEOA’s proposals would immeasurably help improve the level of service and choice available, to both individuals and businesses”.
At Court Enforcement Services, Alan reports directly to the Board on all compliance aspects of High Court Enforcement. Alan’s High Court Enforcement industry knowledge and experience is invaluable in helping the company meet its obligations to clients in relation to enforcement of High Court writs.
