Paul Caddy Appointed as Managing Director of Court Enforcement Services
Court Enforcement Services (CES) is delighted to announce that Paul Caddy, one of its Authorised High Court Enforcement officers, has been appointed as the new Managing Director of the company from 1st July 2022.
Paul, who has a law degree and an MBA, was appointed an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer in 2010 and is a current Director of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association. He has worked in debt recovery for more than 30 years and prior to joining CES has held leadership positions at Marston, Phoenix and CDER Group.
As President of the Civil Enforcement Association from 2012-2014 and a HCEO, Paul sat on the High Court and non-High Court working parties that considered the Taking Control of Goods Regulations prior to their introduction and he was responsible for identifying flaws in the drafting of the legislation and convinced Ministry of Justice officials that transitional regulations were required, which resulted in the successful implementation of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement reforms.
Paul Commented:
“I am honoured to have been asked to lead Court Enforcement Services (CES) on the next stage of its journey, which will see continued growth, expansion and significant investment in its systems and people, to ensure that we remain the Number One High Court Enforcement company.
The business has an excellent team, across all departments, financial, call centre, back-office, client service, business development, an experienced and professional field force and an experienced, established leadership team.
I must take this opportunity to pay a personal thank-you to the founders of CES, Frank, Daren, Wayne and Daron, all of whom I have worked with closely, some for over 25 years, for having built a truly exceptional business which I am proud to become part of.
The culture and legacy that has been created at CES will continue to be critical to the ongoing success of the business, the leadership team will continue to nurture and develop this. I look forward to working with Daron over the coming months to ensure a smooth transition and I would like to take the opportunity to thank him for his considerable contribution to the development of CES and wish him all the very best for the future.”
