Court Enforcement Services announces High-level Executive changes in High Court Enforcement and Compliance Management
Court Enforcement Services has confirmed the following Executive and Compliance Management Changes.
At board level, Alan Smith has been formally appointed to the board. Simon Williamson has resigned as director to concentrate on other interests, but he remains a shareholder of the business. This means that the company still retains two directly employed Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEOs) – Alan Smith and Malcolm Davies, as well as Paul Caddy.
Nicola Smith has been promoted to Audit and Compliance Manager and is now responsible for company’s compliance and management systems. This role was previously undertaken by Russ Poulter who has retired but will remain a consultant to the business.
Nicola is trained by BSI in ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO 9001:2015 and is qualified under the BSI ISMS Lead auditor training BS ISO/IEC 27001:2013. Nicola has previous internal audit experience within the banking industry and has implemented quality management systems within the service sector. Nicola reports directly to Alan Smith.
