Court Enforcement Services certificated by British Standards Institute (BSI*) to the ISO 27001:2013 (most recent) standard
Clients now have further assurance that Court Enforcement Services is a trusted partner, as the company announces that its Information Security Management System has been certificated by BSI to the ISO* 27001:2013 (most recent) standard.
This standard, which compliments the company’s recent certification to ISO 9001:2008 also by BSI, applies to their business operations relating to High Court, Civil Enforcement and Debt Recovery. Clients will actually benefit from Court Enforcement Services’ operational efficiencies which in turn minimises the incidence of customer complaints and issues.
Court Enforcement Services commented, “Existing and prospective clients now have further evidence, that Court Enforcement Services has robust systems and processes in place. This is a fantastic achievement for an organisation that has only been trading since June 2014. It is a testimony to the dedication of all staff in helping to achieve such an important external accreditation. We are one of the first and possibly the only organisation in the same field to have certification to the new standard.
Court Enforcement Services founding principles is to meet the clients need for simplicity, transparency and continuous improvement. To achieve these BSI certifications in such a short period was only possible because from day one the Directors have implemented a ‘best practice’, pragmatic and lean management systems. I am proud for the team that these including our polices and processes have been scrutinised by a respected and recognised body, and that our company has met that standard.
