Court Enforcement Services expansion drives changes in Business Support & Client Services
As the company’s rapid growth continues, Court Enforcement Services have brought forward expansion and restructure plans of its Business Support and Client Service Teams.
This is to ensure consistency of high service levels and exceptional performance delivery to our clients, during this period of fast growth. From lessons learnt with their significant commercial and industry experience, the Board of Directors has anticipated having to expand key resources at this stage.
The new structure has created several new roles and, pivotal to its success is the promotion of Jodie Martinelli, to the new Head of Business Administration and Services.
Jodie will oversee all the managers and team leaders of Support Services (back office administration), Client Services and Cashiers. She will report to Operations Director, Daron Robinson. Daron said, “Jodie has 10 years’ experience within the court enforcement industry and has been with the company since its launch. She has clearly demonstrated proven leadership and team management skills.
We believe Jodie will provide direction to further strengthen the teams. This includes providing guidance on strategy to achieve our client-focussed objectives, and will focus on team management, development, recruitment, and training”.
Jodie’s team now includes the creation of two Managers who will report to her. These are Louise Frost who has been appointed Support Services Manager. She leads the team that is responsible for all aspects of administration and Nicola Smith who joins the company as Client Services Manager. Louise has over 20 years administration service across a variety of sectors including management of internal and external teams.
Nicola has vast experience and an excellent background in client and customer service within consumer and commercial insurance. She is now the direct line manager for the Client Services Team. Chris Browning has left the company.
Jodie said, “I have been with the company since its early months and worked with the Directors for a number of years in various roles. My aim is to pass on my experience and industry knowledge to the teams as we continue to grow. I also believe that both Louise and Nicola will provide excellent support for me. Their significant experience and skill set in their areas of expertise will be valuable to both our clients and company”.
