Court Enforcement Services joins the Qualco UK Panel
The UK’s largest and fastest growing High Court Enforcement business, Court Enforcement Services is delighted to join the Qualco UK Panel providing High Court Enforcement services to the company and its clients through its collections and recoveries platform.
Court Enforcement Services was founded in 2014 by Daren Simcox, Wayne Whitford and others and has gone from a standing start to becoming the largest company in the sector by writ volumes.
The founders have vast experience in enforcement and clients include creditors across all sectors as well as their solicitors and debt collection agencies with a focus on commercial debts and working with utilities. The company’s market leading success rates and high client satisfaction levels have resulted in rapid growth and longstanding relationships with numerous key clients.
Established in 2012, Qualco is a technology company delivering panel management solutions to the credit industry. Its ExtraCollect asset management platform handles more than 9m accounts on behalf of its clients, enabling them to fully manage a panel of outsourced partners, including DCAs, solicitors, debt management providers and High Court Enforcement businesses.
