Court Enforcement Services Launches Landlord Security Services

Due to a rise in the number of instructions to remove travellers trespassing on clients’ land, Court Enforcement Services has launched a Landlord Services offering providing a range of security solutions. The rise is expected to be due to easing of restrictions to allow more freedom to travel as well as better weather.
Most people realise that once trespassers occupy a property or site the risk of damages and subsequent requirement for costly remedial work is both very real and, in many cases can be quite substantial.
The damage typically takes two forms; industrial scale fly tipping in cases where travellers have occupied open land and there is space to fill, or property damage including graffiti or worse still, pipework, wiring and steel being ripped out and sold for scrap in cases of squatters in commercial properties.
In all scenarios the costs of cleaning up and repairs can often run well into five figure sums, which, can potentially be avoided by taking preventative measures.
As well as offering solutions for when a property has been occupied by unauthorised trespassers, Court Enforcement Services now offers the tools to try and prevent such incursions in the first place to give clients some peace of mind.
