Court Enforcement Services Attains ISO 9001:2008 Certification by BSI
Court Enforcement Services Limited is proud to announce, that its Quality Management System has gained ISO* 9001:2008 Certification by the British Standards Institute (BSI).
The company embraces continuous improvement and believes that BSI’s certification of its quality management system will help to attain Court Enforcement Services central ethos, of working in partnership with its clients. The certification confirms the company’s quality management system is consistent and robust. This ensures clarity of roles and thereby responsibility by each team member. It lays down the foundation to provide the highest level of customer service for the company’s High Court Enforcement and Civil Enforcement services.
Court Enforcement Services commented; “We decided to use the lessons learned from previous business ventures and create a disciplined work environment from the outset. Gaining BSI (who are UKAS** Accredited) certification, to the ISO 9001:2008 standard from the start, helped us understand and communicate, exactly who needed to do what, when and how. We hope that this has created a lean environment, that saves time and cost by reducing mistakes, helping to deliver excellence to our clients, so that we are able to meet and exceed their expectations.
