2. Civil Rules – There is now a Practice Direction that allows parties to agree an extension of up to 56 days. The PD is 51ZA.

3. A kind reminder about County Court Money Claims Centre (CCMCC) email guidance. They are understandably receiving more emails and have asked users for help in ensuring the correct subject line is used to help their system automatically sort the emails, which prevents staff having to manually do so.
