High Court Enforcement Specialist Promotes Internally for New Administration Team Leader
High Court Enforcement Specialist Promotes Jodie Martinelli to lead the Administration Team
Court Enforcement Services, the new entrant in transferring up High Court Writs and Commercial Rent & Service Charge Arrears Recovery, has promoted Jodie Martinelli to Administration Team Leader.
As a result of Court Enforcement Services accelerating growth and their commitment to meet their own high demands for providing first class customer service, Jodie’s role has quickly expanded.
With a wealth of enforcement, collections and tracing experience Jodie has been in the industry for over 8 years covering a variety of roles. She has extensive experience in monitoring and maintaining work flows, system administration, creating and producing reports, client liaison and monitoring of fees, trace and returned cases.
Jodie was a natural choice to take on greater leadership responsibilities within the High Court Enforcement Administration Team since April. Jodie was also one of the first employees to join the company soon after its launch in June 2014. Her promotion to this newly created role shows Court Enforcement Services commitment to developing its team.
Jodie’s role within the High Court Enforcement Team is to oversee the day to day administration processes to ensure that service levels are met and maintained.
Jodie and her team are responsible for providing regular and ad hoc MI reporting both internally and externally, office support to our national field force, transfer up of judgments and loading of high court writ, legal and pre legal verifications and reviewing case activity to ensure collections are maximised.
She also has a vast knowledge of the utility sector having played a key role in a number of innovative processes in her current and previous roles. Jodie reports directly to Daron Robinson, Operations Manager at Court Enforcement Services.
