Incredible Results for CES Annual Client Survey
We recently conducted our annual Client Satisfaction Survey, asking our clients to provide feedback on various aspect of our service levels.

We’re pleased that our commitment to vulnerable debtors has been recognised, alongside our incredible collection rates with clients noting that we exceed the performance of our industry competitors. A remarkable 95.24% of clients noted our quick transfer-up speeds, with 100% of clients commenting that we either meet, or exceed, their expectations of a High Court enforcement provider. Almost 97% of clients responded that they are pleased with our case management reporting, aided by our Agent Patroller App which reports in real time.
