Karl Smith Joins as Enforcement Operations Director
Court Enforcement Services are delighted to announce that Karl Smith has joined the team as Enforcement Operations Director.
Karl brings with him a great depth and breadth of experience, built on 20 years within the industry. His knowledge across the board will benefit our team at this exciting time of growth; from a client’s perspective, he is well placed having led the establishment of an in-house service of operations to managing a large field force of Enforcement Agents. As a Certificated Enforcement Agent and trainee High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO) he also brings a detailed understanding of the operational challenges of enforcement.
Karl is experienced in forming and growing departments and teams across a spectrum of disciplines. This includes; High Court, local government debt, customer service, back-office, commercial debt and property recovery.
