A new way of thinking arrives in the High Court Enforcement arena with the launch of Court Enforcement Services into this established industry. Between them, the Directors of Court Enforcement Services bring a wealth of experience to this new company, but they will offer a very fresh, modern and personal approach to all of their clients. They will operate in the area of High Court enforcement, CRAR’s etc and incorporate all the recently introduced new legislation into their business.
Court Enforcement Services has a professional yet distinctive style of business, and Joint MD Frank Millerick says ‘After working for many years in large enforcement organisations, I think that our new company has a lot to offer. Simon Williamson as the Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer will cover responsibility for all High Court matters. He has a wealth of knowledge of insolvency and is an authorised High Court Enforcement Officer with over 20 years’ experience in the business. Court Enforcement Services other key players within the team include Wayne Whitford, Ken Lawrence, Russ Poulter and Daron Robinson.
The company will be offering a comprehensive range of services to individuals and businesses, focussing on High Court Enforcement, including transfer up of CCJs above £600 to the High Court and Employment Tribunal Awards. Commercial property enforcement related solutions will include CRAR (Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery), Forfeiture of Lease, Eviction of Squatter and Trespassers. Other legal support services offered will range from Tracing to Process Serving.
