Male grooming brand men-ü reassigns outstanding CCJ to transfer up to High Court with Court Enforcement Services for faster & successful payment in full
One of our longstanding customers, whom we had been trading with for over 8 years, purchased goods over a two month period incurring a debt of over £4000. During the early stages of chasing this debt, we received a letter from the company’s accountant informing us that the company was to cease trading due to financial difficulties.
We issued a CCJ against the company for the amount due, however the warrant was returned due to the debtors having moved premises.
We then reassigned the High Court writ via another High Court enforcement company to Court Enforcement Services Ltd. At a later stage we were able to supply Court Enforcement Services with a new address for the debtor. Within 3 weeks, Court Enforcement Services had recovered the entire debt including court and enforcement fees.
At all times we found Court Enforcement Services to be extremely professional and efficient. They also kept an incredibly thorough and detailed account of events. We have been very happy with the service we received and found the fees to be excellent value. Although we would not want to be in such a position again, if we were, we wouldn’t hesitate to use Court Enforcement Services Ltd again.
