One Year On – Have We Delivered What We Set Out To Do?
First Year Report – High Court Enforcement, CRAR & Services Charges
Accessibility to Key Decision Makers
One of our first goals was to ensure that no matter how large our company would become, our clients would always have access to the main Directors of the company. This access will always be a natural and seamless connection of our business relationship with clients – not just occurring in a complaint escalation process.
Resources
Another desire is that our first priority is always to ensure that we have the appropriate resources in place in order to maintain our high service levels. Our investment has enabled for our internal systems to be expanded when and as required.
Our Ethos
On 6 June 2014 Daren Simcox, Wayne Whitford and Frank Millerick, launched Court Enforcement Services into the High and Civil Court Enforcement Sector.
The industry had just undergone one of the most significant overhaul as a result of the new legislation* that had just come into effect that April. Our company was the first new court enforcement entrant since the legal changes came into being. In our previous roles we were supporters for the drive for greater simplicity and transparency within this industry. We therefore believed that this heralded an opportunity for clients. They would benefit from a new way of thinking, which was easier with the new generation of court enforcement organisations. Daren, Frank and Wayne were determined to offer a more personal and less fee driven business. We realise that correct recovery performance, client and customer service will safeguard reputation will help makes us stand apart within the industry.
We are proud to have achieved the following:
- £4,250,000 Recovered
- 7,300 instructions across our streams – High Court Enforcement, CRAR & Services Charges Arrears, Forfeitures
- 24% Payments at Compliance Stage – we believe this is significantly higher than the industry average
