VAT on High Court enforcement fees – Revised deadline for comments from the Ministry of Justice on draft guidance relating to VAT on High Court Enforcement Officer fees.
We’ve just been notified by the MoJ that, “Given the current circumstances, and the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Justice believes that is reasonable and proportionate to extend the period provided for comments on the draft guidance by an additional four weeks, until Friday 1 May”. #CCUA
