Year in Review: 2023
2023 has been a very successful year for Court Enforcement Services, one in which we have delivered consistently high collection rates for our clients and refreshed our management team. We’ve continued to invest in quality people; people who share our values and commitment to delivering an excellent service to our clients, a service that is professional, client focussed and approachable.
The past year has also been a busy one on the regulatory front, with the establishment of the Enforcement Conduct Board and the need to respond to government consultations on the Taking Control of Goods Regulations. As a business that is led by Authorised High Court Enforcement Officers, who are members of the Board of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA), we are well placed to ensure that;
- the interests of creditors are well represented in any reforms
- we are always at the forefront of industry best practice
- that our teams enforce your Writs of Control in a professional and compliant manner that maximises recovery, whilst protecting your reputation.
As we approach the Christmas break I’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our clients for their support over the past year. I hope that regardless of religion or belief, you enjoy some rest and relaxation and wish you and your loved ones a happy, healthy and prosperous 2024.
